I introduced the concept of a Universe and Quests, which are essentially multi-boards connected by upcoming sprint tasks, which helped navigate what could easily become a cluttered web of nodes (tasks). This also helped with estimating and visualizing project flows, but also led to some interesting visual explorations.
Numerous animated and interactive prototypes were created, including some in Unity, as well as entire UI design guides in Figma, and research into snapping behavior on canvas with examples—all in an effort to support the development team with ideas, feedback, and references.
