Verizon—Realtime Data & Motion
Working with a team at Hornet (NYC) on a Verizon NFL spot for their 5G streaming platform, I was tasked with coming up with data motion design variations, text animations, transitional shots, as well as compositing motion design with 3D animation—in order to simulate player progress, game stats, and play-by-plays.
In the end I produced 30+ variations, ranging from text data animations to line, text, and 3D elements. A collection of title animations were also created during the design phase to serve as references for possible directions the spot could go in.
Once the main edit was established, I created a range of transitional and further data type animations for Verizon to choose from, and ultimately settled on a clean design and animation language.
